The database covers 370+ breeds including mixed breeds. If yours isn't listed, pick the closest match by size and enter the weight manually. The daily goal will still be accurate.
Yes. The walk map has a places layer with dog parks, pet-friendly cafés, vet clinics, pet shops and grooming — filterable by type, sourced from OpenStreetMap and curated by our team. We also publish free city guides at pawmi.app/places.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't share or sell personal information to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from app settings.
In open areas you can expect 3-5 meter accuracy. Dense buildings or heavy tree cover may reduce that, but the overall walk distance stays reliable.
Pawmi is built primarily for dogs. GPS and step tracking will technically work for any outdoor walk, but the daily goals are calculated exclusively using dog breed data.
